About Beltway

GovCon accounting, built for the firms the enterprise tools forgot.

We built Beltway because the existing options for small federal contractors are bad in a specific way: Costpoint is sized for primes with 100+ employees, Unanet starts at a price point most 5-person LLCs can't justify, and QuickBooks plus a spreadsheet won't survive a DCAA timekeeping audit.

That left the SMB segment (3 to 25 employees, doing real cost-plus and T&M work) using tools that were never built for them. The result is teams stuck stitching together a timekeeping app, an accounting package, a separate billing tool, and a stack of Excel workbooks to compute indirect rates each month.

We're fixing that. Beltway gives small federal contractors a single multi-tenant SaaS that handles DCAA-compliant timekeeping, the fringe→overhead→G&A indirect rate waterfall, project-level burdened cost, and standard accounting, at a price point a 5-person firm can afford from day one.

We're also obsessive about modern UX and AI. Our Copilot can draft a journal entry from a sentence (with tenant-aware permissions and a full audit trail). Our pricing is public on the pricing page: no quote process, no "contact us" gate.
